The installation of 150 motorised awnings allows the residents to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. For this high-profile job, Helioscreen has taken the classic sun awning and perfected it with the incorporation of a slender and stylish support structure. The added spring-loaded arms enhance the awnings by keeping the fabric taut at all times. The awnings are operated by Somfy's motors and controllers, which are subjected to stringent quality controls and conform to national and international standards.
